Our crunchy and buttery biscuits are handmade in Belfast by our local baker, Mike.

Ingredients: Flour (Wheat flour with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), Northern Ireland Butter (30%), (Milk, Salt), Sugar, Icing Sugar (Sugar, Cornflour), Belfast Tonic Water (Carbonated Water, Sugar, Citric Acid, Steviol Glycosides from Stevia Plant, Natural Flavours including Natural Quinine) (4%), Wheat Starch, Dried Egg Albumen, Modified Starch, Acidity Regulators (Calcium Lactate, Tartaric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Lactic Acid), Dextrose, Stabiliser (Guar Gum), Symphonia Gin No. 1 (1%).
Contains: Wheat, Milk, Sulphites, Soya Lecithin
Made in a factory that also handles barley.
